Compare the complete fitted cost
Check whether the quotation covers the door, frame, glazing, threshold, locks, handles, fitting and VAT. Ask what happens to the old door and whether internal and external making-good work is included.
What changes the price?
Material and product range are only part of the cost. Non-standard sizes, decorative glass, side panels, toplights and hardware choices can change the order. The condition of the opening and access for fitting can add work.
